Here’s a cool video that YNOT team rider Brad Downie made for a school project (I think?):

“The food that currently populates our grocery stores, restaurants, and kitchen cupboards is produced industrially. It is manufactured, not grown or raised. Modern Food is an artistic abstraction that highlights some of the detrimental things found commonly in industrial foods in excess amounts.”
